Depending on the shipping date, destination, and available carriers, we may change the shipping method to a faster or more reliable service at our discretion to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping Rates
To view estimated shipping costs, simply add an item to your cart. The estimated shipping cost will appear on your cart page, along with a map showing your location and an option to select a different location.
You are not obligated to make a purchase or provide payment details unless you proceed to checkout.
Actual Shipping Fee
The actual shipping fee will be displayed at checkout once your complete destination address is entered on the shipping page.
Shipment Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may experience minor delays. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you via email.
Customs and Import Duties
Any customs clearance charges incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the recipient.
These fees vary depending on the country of delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Damages and Liability
Essly Shop is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Keep all packaging materials and damaged items until your claim is resolved.
Europe and Worldwide Shipping Options
We currently offer the following shipping services:

Express Standard Shipping: 7–14 working days

EMS Courier: 4–7 working days (Europe) / 7–14 working days (Rest of the world)

UPS Courier: 1–2 working days (Europe) / 4–5 working days (Rest of the world)
Please note: Deliveries to Western and Eastern European countries that are not part of the European Union (such as the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Serbia, Albania, and others) may require additional transit time due to customs processing and carrier availability.
Depending on order volume, location, or service conditions, Essly Shop may select an alternative shipping method if it ensures faster or more reliable delivery.
Important Notes for UPS Shipments
UPS does not deliver to individuals in certain countries (including the United States, Israel, and others).
A company name and import license may be required.
Orders that do not comply with UPS shipping policies will be cancelled and refunded.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Delivery estimates are based on normal conditions and are not guaranteed.
Shipping times exclude the 1–2 day processing period after an order is placed.
Invalid addresses or customs issues may cause additional delays.
